Meeting Management Software

We are looking for a board management software to use for our Medical Staff (and/or Board) meetings in lieu of paper packets. What solution do you use? What pros/cons have been identified with your current solution?

    We use MD-Staff as well.

    We use Boardvantage. I don't know much about any other board software as this was the one our system leaders chose and I am using. I like it so far and haven't had issues with my providers using it to login to see draft and final agendas, evotes, etc.

    We use Board Effect. It is kind of pricey in my opinion, but works very well and is very easy to use both to load the meeting materials and for the end user to navigate. It was already in place when I started here so I was not involved in the initial set up. Our Administration Team uses it as well for all of the Board, Finance, Foundation, etc. meetings.

    We use MD Staff. Now that I have been using it for about a year its great!
