FM Physicians with OB Privileges

For those with FM physicians holding OB privileges, do you require a minimum number of deliveries per year, in order to maintain those privileges? If so, what is that number? Any criteria shared would be most appreciated. Thank you!

    Our criteria for initial privileges is: documentation of two months of obstetrical rotation during family medicine residency, with 40 patients delivered, and current NRP certification AND demonstrated current competence and evidence of the performance of at least 10 deliveries in the past 12 months or completion of training in the past 12 months. At reappointment we require at least 5 deliveries in the past 24 months based on ongoing professional practice evaluation and outcomes. I do not believe any of our FPs currently request these privileges due to various reasons including the malpractice rates.
