Medical Staff Office Structure

We are currently reviewing position and duties of our medical staff office. Please let me know the structure of your medical staff office. What are the titles that your medical staff office staff have? What are the duties assigned to each staff member? Example: Medical Staff Coordinator: handles onboarding/offboarding, medical students, etc. & Credentialing specialist: handles Managed care credentialing, with Appointments and Reappointments. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
