IAMSS Sponsor Guidelines (For In-Person Conference)

  1. A draped table, electricity, and up to 2 chairs will be available for Sponsor's use.

  2. Sponsor agrees to pay for chosen sponsorship level at least 45 days prior to program.

  3. Sponsor agrees to upload their logo for marketing and recognition purposes.

  4. Sponsor may contribute an item/gift card that can be used as a door prize.

  5. Sponsor is responsible for setup, maintenance, and disassembly of display.

  6. IAMSS is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the Sponsor.

  7. IAMSS is not responsible for security of the display.

  8. Conference Registration: Sponsor must register on own. Please choose "pay by check" for the complementary registration(s). Refer to your Sponsorship Level as to how many registrations will be complimentary.
